My favorite singer is Arijit Singh. Arijit Singh is a young and dynamic Indian playback

singer. He sings mostly in Hindi and Bengali but he has also performed in many other

Indian languages. He has a huge fan following and he is very famous especially

among the youth. I know him due to his great popularity. A lot of songs in the Indian

cinema are sung by him. Arijit Singh has received more than five awards from the

Indian film industry at a very young age.

He is a versatile singer. I think he is multi-talented and gifted. His voice is deep,

melodious and his songs are heart touching. He can sing in all moods and that is

what I really like about him. I think he is not good but he is excellent. Some of his

recent songs are in my playlist and I listen to them almost every day. He is not only

a great singer but also a very nice human being.

He is my favorite because of many reasons. First of all I love his voice. It is young,

deep and effective. His songs make me emotional and fill me up with energy.

Moreover, his personality is very influential and stylish. I also like his dressing style

and the way he does his hair and beard. He is young and successful and so he is also

an inspiration for me to be successful in life.

I was reading about Arijit Singh once on Google and found that he is from Bengal

and is born on April 25. I like to read about people whom I like and admire. Arijit has

faced a lot of ups and downs in his life but still he has a very positive attitude. When

he sings he is so much engrossed in his songs. When I listen to him I feel rejuvenated

with the music, voice and the melody. I would like to meet my favorite singer one

day and click a selfie with him.

Well, l am a melophile. I love to listen to various forms of music depending on my mood and situation. Although I listen to all the singer’s songs, my all time favorite is Amarinder Gill. Not just because of his melodious voice but also because of his calm and sober personality.

Once I went to Ludhiana on the marriage of one of my friends, and there this singer was also invited, and when I got to know about this, I was super excited to meet him. That day was too long for me as each and every minute was like an hour to me. Finally, when he arrived, everyone started clicking pictures, and he got immediately surrounded by his fans, due to which I was unable to go close to him.

Then, when he started singing, everyone got mesmerized by his voice. Moreover, all the money collected was donated by him to the waiters who were working in the palace. This moment touched my heart, and respect for him increased. At last, I met him and clicked some selfies and had an autograph that I have kept with a lot of care till now. He is also a brilliant actor, and I have always seen his movies first-day first show.

I have known this singer since my childhood. I have known him though T.V channels and songs. I have been listening to his songs since my childhood.

What this person is like

Gurdas Maan is like a person who is deeply connected to his culture. All his songs are deep rooted in culture.  Punjabi culture and traditions can be seen and felt in his songs. He is known as a jewel of Punjab. Whenever he comes for his live performance, lakhs of people gather to see his live performance. People reward him as a protector of Punjabi culture. His songs are also full of moral values and teachings.

I think he is a very good person as he always remains up front for the welfare of humanity. He has donated crores of rupees, whenever there is any disaster anywhere around the world. He looks upon everybody as his own family member. People like him for his good behavior too. He is worldwide famous but has no arrogance. So due to all these reasons he is my favorite singer.

Well, I am fond of listening to songs.  So in my daily routine, i listen to latest songs that are sung by various renowned singers but here i want to talk about a singer who is my favorite one and I prefer to listen to his songs.  His name is Satinder Sartaj.  I have been listening to his songs since my childhood.  He has sung numerous motivational, and inspirational songs which inspire the youth.  He is versatile singer, he has good knowledge of Arabia, urdu and farsi language.  His lyrics are meaningful very different from today’s singer.  He is also a sufi poet and talks about the almighty.  The most important thing is that he respects women and is kind to all.  This thing attracts me.  Moreover, he has a magnetic personality and down to earth person.  He has numerous qualities.  He is not an only a singer but also an excellent actor.  Sartaj has played a lead role in the black prince movie which was recognized worldwide.  He also performs live concerts.  Furthermore, i have a huge collection of Satinder Sartaj songs.  He also runs charities and provides funds to needy people.  Many individuals consider him a role model. It is my dream to meet him in the future.  So this is the singer who is my favorite.

 I am a musicophile and loves to commence my day by listening to some soothing music. I tend to like classical songs as it gives calmness and happiness to my soul and keeps me connected with my roots. However, on some occasions such as weddings or parties, I love to dance on the rock music.

Today, I would like to talk about my favourite singer. Arijit Singh is my all-time favourite singer. He has a renowned name in the Bollywood music industry and is quite famous in India.

I got to know about him first, when he was a contestant in one of the well-known musical shows named Indian Idol. His voice was appreciated and adored by the judges and the live audience. I developed a fondness towards his melodious voice from that show only. I remember being disappointed when he could not win the show. Yes I like to sing but I am a bathroom singer. I usually find myself singing

Bollywood movie songs are very popular in my country. Apart from that most

states have local songs. As far as music is concerned classical music is very

close to the culture of my country but it depends on people, what they like.

Remixes are good but only if they are made creatively. Sometimes they ruin

the charm of the original song. Most music composers make remixes these

days. Actually, they should utilize their talent in creating something of their

own.

4. Do you think that the artists are given their due respect?

The age old artists are given their due respect but the new ones are not

respected and recognized. Sometimes newcomers try hard to prove

themselves but people do not give them their due respect. By fluke if

someone clicks then that is his/her luck.

5. What are the advantages of listening to music?

Listening to music has countless advantages. The first and foremost

advantage is that it is a stress buster. It gives you instant energy. It also

enhances your productivity and happiness. Music makes you forget the

sadness as well.
