Introduction: 1

I usually do not like to go to exhibitions. Personally, I do not like to visit crowded

places. However, one exhibition which I visited recently was extraordinary and

worth visiting. I went there because my parents forced me to join them. It was held

in the town hall of my city. I witnessed this exhibition approximately before three

years but the memories are still fresh in my mind and heart. I am thankful to my

parents that they took me to this exhibition.

It was an international level exhibition. It was one of the most finest and eye opening

exhibition I have ever seen in my life. What was on display? Well, the entire world

was on display. The globe, the trees, mountains, people, animals, birds,

transportation system and what not. The best part of the exhibition was that each

and everything was made with ice. Artists from the entire world had participated

and created creative sculptures from ice. The sculpture of God was a masterpiece.

I had wonderful and enriching impressions from the exhibition. I was amazed and

impressed with the novel idea and the hidden message of the organizers. It was an

intelligent effort to teach the concept of global warming to the citizens. I simply

adored the idea. Since everything was made from ice, the time was limited as the

artifacts would melt. Though, they had lots of air conditioners but at one point of

time everything melted.

Interestingly, this was the theme of the exhibition that if you do not take timely

steps to save the nature then it will melt and disappear. So many media channels

covered this beautiful idea and a lot of awareness was created among the common

people to save the planet and not exploit its resources. The exhibition was an

excellent combination of art and education. It was an unforgettable, meaningful and

spellbinding experience for me.

Introduction: 2

Art exhibitions are often organized to exhibit the art of famous artists.

When did you see this exhibition? and Where the exhibition was held?
I would like to talk about one such exhibition that was organized in my city lately. This exhibition was held in the convention center of my town where I visited with my friends.

What was on display?
There was a small entry charge for visitors that we paid happily, and we got amazed to see different forms of art that were on display inside. The very first section was of paintings where there were paintings of all different sizes by the different painters.

Few of these paintings were auctioned at this exhibition as well. In the next section, we experienced pottery art. In fact, there was a live workshop where an artist was demonstrating how the pots are made. We purchased few pots to appreciate his work.

Explain your impression of the exhibition.
Moving forward, we saw many other forms of art such as handicraft, wad carving, stone carving, jewelry making and many others. I was extremely impressed by the work of artists as I had never realized the efforts they have to put behind their work.

For example, one weaver said it takes him 15 days to make just one scarf. I must say this exhibition not only made me familiar with various forms of art but increased the value of artists in my eyes.

Conclusion:
I must say, this exhibition was very well organized as everyone appreciated the way it was managed. Overall, it was a time when I attended an art exhibition.

Introduction: 3

  • The art exhibition is a great way to get artists from different areas to exhibit their work together.
  • Not only allow an artist to present their work, but it also allows up-and-coming amateur artists to enter the art world.

When did you see this exhibition? and Where the exhibition was held?

  • Last year I went to Rajasthan to attend a conference with my few friends.
  • The meeting was in Jaipur.
  • After the program, we were free, so we decided to visit an art exhibition.
  • Our hotel manager told us about the Mukes Art Gallery, and he also told us a show was going to start within an hour there.
  • We booked a taxi to the art gallery.
  • Firstly, we read the history of that gallery, that was written on the entrance wall.
  • The Mukesh Art Gallery was born out of a vision to patronize the exceptionally talented local artists. Established in 2000 by Mr. Mukeshji Gupta, an avid collector and connoisseur of art, the gallery currently works with over hundreds.

What was on display?

  • Many different types of art, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, were on display.
  • The painting presented different cultures, traditions, and religions of India. Whereas we saw many animals, birds and other decorative sculptures there.

Explain your impression of the exhibition?

  • I enjoyed the exhibition because we did not need to ask the artist to describe the painting.
  • After all, a small slip pasted on each item, which was explain everything about it.

Conclusion:

  • If I get a chance to visit it, I will come.
Introduction: 4

When did you see this exhibition? and Where the exhibition was held?

  • When I was little, I went to a museum near my hometown to see a paintings exhibition.

What was on display?

  • It was a special one-time exhibition to commemorate the struggle of Indian freedom fighters.
  • There were paintings from many different artists, including some world-famous ones like Rabindranath Tagore, Raja Ravi Verma, and M.F Hussain.
  • However, all the paintings were on the life of Indian freedom fighters.
  • Some of the paintings showed them with their families before they became involved in the freedom struggle, and some paintings depicted them actively protesting or fighting against the British.
  • I think this was intentionally done to highlight the sacrifices that the freedom fighters made for India’s independence.
  • Along with each painting, there were labels in Hindi and English, describing the paintings’ context.

Explain your impression of the exhibition.

  • When my parents told me about the exhibition, I was not interested, and I thought that I would get really bored.
  • But after visiting, I remember thanking my parents for taking me there.
  • One of the paintings, the hanging of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev, had a long-lasting impact on me.

Conclusion:

  • I had read about this incident in my history textbook, but I didn’t know that all of them were so young when they made this ultimate sacrifice.
  • Moreover, I think reading about something in history books can never compare to the actual experience of seeing it in painted form.
  • I came out with a newfound appreciation for India’s freedom and the people who made it possible.

Introduction 5

  • Although I have less interest in art, I visit art exhibitions regularly.

When did you see this exhibition?. and Where the exhibition was held?

  • Recently post-lockdown I visited an art exhibition.
  • It was in the city centre.

What was on display?

  • The theme of the exhibition was the environment.
  • Through paintings, the artists depicted the disastrous repercussions of the wrongdoings done to nature by human beings.
  • At the first floor of the city centre, there was a display of the paintings of Asian artists from countries like Thailand, Vietnam, China, India and Japan.
  • The central focus of the Asian artists was on water pollution. In one of the paintings, the artist drew a river carrying the waste from the factories.
  • The second floor showed artistic talent from Europe. The focus of European artists was on air pollution. The most knowledgeable painting was from an artist from Italy who drew the traffic pollution in Rome city on the canvas,
  • The top floor had paintings from the rest of the world. The artists expressed the pressing problems of deforestation, urbanisation and soil pollution in this section.

Explain your impression of the exhibition.

  •  I got a mixed feeling after attending the exhibition.
  • On the one hand, I was happy to meet people after the lockdown because I got a chance to break the monotony in my life.
  • On the other hand, I was upset because of the state of affairs of the environment around us.
  • To have a comfortable life, we human beings are contaminating the planet earth.
  • In case we keep on living our lives this way, posterity would face disastrous consequences.

Introduction: 6

Art is a way to pour your heart out by expressing the emotions. I am fond of paintings and art sculptures so I often visit several art exhibitions.

Here, I would like to talk about Art Exhibition that I visited six month back.

While, I was heading for my workplace, I seen a hoarding of art exhibition at roadside from which I came to know venue and time details. Moreover, the exhibition was accommodated at city hall of Amritsar.

I talked about the exhibition with my office colleagues and we made a plan to visit over there.

Furthermore, as soon I entered in the exhibition hall, I saw numerous kinds of painting sections which included – landscape, historical, portrait, acrylic and oil paintings.

Apart from this, there was another section which included handicrafts and they all were very fascinating. In addition, there was a separate section where there were talented artists who were making the live portraits.

I immediately, went to that section and asked the charges of portrait- making. Moreover, I found the charges were reasonable so I requested the artist to make my portrait.

I felt overwhelming after I took a look of mine portrait. Also, I had no words to appreciate the art as whatever I say would be less infront of such a brilliant work.

Exhibition was well- organized by beautifully displaying the art forms. On the other hand, work of all the artist was commendable. As per my opinion, the overall experience of the art exhibition was extraordinary.

Introduction: 7

Okay! Recently I have been to Modern art gallery museum last month, actually, I had tagged along with my friends just to get refreshment. But there was an exhibition of paintings organized by one of the Non-profit organization.

I vividly remember it was held on the rooftop of the Modern Art Gallery, located in Delhi the capital city of India. This museum location is considered as one of the prime locations in Delhi and also a famous tourist place for many foreigners.

Initially, I saw only painting from local artists, but to my surprise, there was another section on an International painting by Picasso, Leonardo da Vinci, and other famous artists. It had an eclectic collection of paintings from around the globe. Other than painting, they had handicrafts as well. I had also noticed that there was one counter to make donations.

Overall, The idea behind this exhibition is to raise money for needy cancer patients as well as for orphans. So for me, it was worth visiting the exhibition and I bought one piece of painting to help the community. I will keep visiting such exhibitions in the future.

Introduction: 8

It was a gathering of professional fine artists, a display of their galleries for assessment purposes. It was an avenue for the government officials to choose the three best artists. This exhibition is an annual event, the one for this year took place last month where all the contemporary artists gathered before the minister for art and culture of the nation.

The event took place in Ikeja, Nigeria. That is the actual location for every great exhibition. Categories of artistic works were on display at this august event such as Sculpture of various types, molding in hundreds, painting works, and lots more. The show was a great one because many upcoming painters, sculptors, and the likes were encouraged and motivated to put more effort into our fields so as to become successful too.

Introduction: 9

The art exhibition is something which always relaxes our mind when we saw it. I went to my friend’s house and informed him about the exhibition that was held in the art gallery on court road in our city. We both are very excited about exhibitions. So we hired a taxi and go there. It took 15 minutes from her house to reach there.

There were some minor fees over the entry and we gladly pay it and entered the main gate. When we entered first it displayed different types of arts by the different artists. They are also selling this to the customers. The different artists belong to different places. One of the artists I talked with is from America and he described to us his art.

It was Modern Art I was not able to understand that art and he described the art very well and give us information like it took 50 days to complete this art I was so impressed with how much dedication he had created that art and it was awesome work done by the artist. I was so impressed by this exhibition and artists as their art let us know their culture and with how much dedication they had completed their artwork. I still believe that If I got any chance to go to the art exhibitions, I will not miss them for sure.

  1. Have you ever purchased something from a fair or an exhibition?

Yes, many times. As a child I have always purchased something to eat. But

  1. Do you think that the concept of exhibition is slowly dying due to social

People who make and sell local handicrafts can sell it directly to the

customers and also explore the online platform to avoid themselves from

getting exploited. Actually the mediators take a lot of money in between.

usual?

It depends on the things which are in display. Sometimes we also get huge

discounts in exhibitions. I think only worthy things are overpriced and they

have to consider the transportation cost as well.
