Being a working person, I remain busy throughout the day. During the evening, I go for a walk with one of my friends.

Who this person is?

His name is Gordon, and he is a motivational speaker.

How did you know him/her?

Two years back, I started going to a garden for a walk. During that time, I developed a friendship with Gordon.

We do numerous things together. Since we both are fitness freaks, first, we walk and discuss the events of the day. Some days are good, some are bad. But in his company, my time passes quickly, and I feel rejuvenated.

Gordon has advised me to write a gratitude journal every day. So in his presence, I write the blessings I have in the diary. This practice has helped me to remain confident during tough times, and it further helps me to be humble during happy times.

After this, we enjoy coffee at a nearby cafe. During this time, Gordon narrates a motivational story every day. His stories are a source of inspiration for me. Whenever I go through tough times in my work, his stories help me think beyond the conventional domain.

And explain why you like to spend time with him/her?

I like to spend time with him because, under his guidance, my life has gone through a paradigm shift. He has taught me to handle conflicts adroitly. Moreover, he insists on following a routine to lead life towards an impressive growth trajectory.

Conclusion:

Gordon is my bosom friend, and his company is a must-have for me to live a fruitful life.

Introduction: 3

  • When you grow up and your life is full of stress and responsibility, you always cherish the memories of the good times you spent with your favourite friends / special someone.
  • Today I would like to talk about someone, with whom I like to spend time.

Who this person is? and How did you know him/her?

  • I enjoy spending time with my mother’s friends.
  • Her name is Surjeet Kaur and she lives next to my house.
  • She retired from a school that taught history and English.
  • I know her very well because she is my mother’s friend.
  • I took an English lesson from her during the final exam. Not only is she a good teacher, but she is also a very nice person.
  • In addition to her apprenticeship, she is an excellent cook and painter.
  • Most of our hobbies are the same.

What do you usually do together?

  • I went to her house every night.
  • I learn a lot of sweet dishes from her. We both love arts and crafts.
  • So, in our free time, we make new things from old ones. We may paint clothes to make beautiful clothes, such as dresses and Punjab suits.

And explain why you like to spend time with him/her?

  • Our nature (likes, dislikes, hobbies) is the same. This is the main reason why we enjoy spending time together.

  • However, I love spending time with my family.
  • I am very close to both my parents but as we are all working (as they are working and I am studying), its hard for us to spend time together.

Who this person is?

  • The person I do spend a lot of time together with is my nephew- my sister’s child.
  • He is nearly five years old.
  • He is very special to me.
  • There are many reasons for that.
  • Firstly, everyone says that he looks like me and secondly, we both like spending time with each other.
  • I think the reason for that is we feel very comfortable with each other.
  • I get to act like a child around him and I miss being a child.
  • He is also like me – very shy with strangers and he is very naughty – just like I was in my childhood.
  • So, spending time with him reminds me of my childhood in some ways.
  • In my childhood, I was in a hurry to grow up but now I sometimes wish I could reverse time and bring back my childhood.

What you usually do together?

  • There are so many things we do together.
  • But something that we really enjoy doing is to play pranks on Deepa, my sister and his mother.
  • I think we can do that all day long.

why you like to spend time with him/her?

  • We also both love eating chocolates, so whenever we can, we try to buy and eat chocolates secretly.
  • However, I do get scolded sometimes as I am the adult.
  • I also have a dog and so we both like playing with her.
  • We love taking her out on walks and feeding her.
  • In the evening, I take my nephew to the park and just spend time on the swings there.
  • Sometimes, I wish he would always remain a child, but I know that’s not going to happen even if I wish for it a million times.

Introduction: 5

I would like to spend my time with one of my college friends Sameer. He is my best friend, and we have so many shared memories. He is so polite and helpful. I like his sense of humour a lot. We used to travel along for our college. His house was close to mine, and we used to go to each other’s house.

Most of the habits are the same. Whenever we met, we used to go to eat outside. Our favourite dish is kachori. We have tried so many kachori shops in Jaipur. Jodhpurs sweet shop is our favourite destination. During college, we used to spend most of our time in the IT lab. It was fun to miss our class and go to the IT lab. We used to download a lot of software and wallpaper for our computer.

I prefer to spend time with Sameer because most of our habits are the same. We both are technology-oriented people, and we love to share knowledge with each other. He is a very supportive and calm person. He is a good listener, so whenever I have something to share, He is the best person to talk with.

Introduction: 6

I have a younger sister and I love to spend time with her. She is also fond of me and loves to be with me always.

I am 20 and Georgina, my younger sister, is a teen now and I prefer to spend most of my time with her when I am at home. She is in her secondary grades and loves drawing images of nature, and landscapes. Sometimes, I instruct her on drawing images, solving her math problems, complete her homework and many more. She prefers to be with me as I do not behave impolite with her and try to make everything simple to her. She believes that I am the smartest brother in the world as I solve almost all of her problems. On the other side, I also miss her when I am out home for my academic activities in college. She waits eagerly for me round the day and when I get back at home, she jumps on me. She never leaves me alone at home and I also prefer to be with her always.

She is an amicable person and owns a very smart and intelligent brain. She is tall with her dark brown eyes. She is highly kind in nature and loves to make friends in her real life. But she has one negative aspect. She is a bit hot tempered as well. Nobody knows when she will be angry and mostly she turns angry with the petty issues. Once I made late to pick her from her school and she did not talk with me for the remaining part of the day. At first, it was difficult for me and later I discovered my mistake and apologised to her, bought some chocolates to resume the relation. But she is generous in nature and loves to share everything with people. Often she shares her foods with her friends and classmates in the school which I am proud of indeed.

Both of us love to watch movies. Whenever we have enough time, we start watching movies and she prefers to watch the action movies of Hollywood and I also prefer such movies. Besides, I like to read and I read out loud the stories that I prefer most. She appears to be a bored with my attempt of reading as my pronunciation of English is not in the right tone (after her opinion). In that case, I ask her to complete the story and she dumps my proposal. Sometimes both of us go for fishing at the adjacent lake. My fishing luck is not as good as her- she gets fishes often and I do not. Moreover, we also participate in chess. She is a great chess player and it becomes tougher for me to beat her. Before going to school every day, she comes to me for remembering all the activities to be done in the evening together.

In my family, I am the elder son of my parents while she is the second and smallest. The age difference is not so much between us. I like to spend most of the times with her for many reasons. The first thing is that she is like my best friend. I share all of my events with her as like she does with me. I like to share my foods, my attires, my money … everything. On the other side, she also feels for me. She misses me always and as her brother, I am like her world. My parents always adore the cordial relationship between us and I think they are happy too. My dad is a businessman and passes most of the time out of home and mom being a homemaker remains busy with the domestic chores always. So, we two do not have anyone to accompany us and thus I like to spend most of the times of the day with my younger sister.

Introduction: 7

My grandma is a charming lady even in her 70. She is the woman I am fond of and spend most of the time at my home with her. This is a great question for and I am delighted to have the chance of telling about my grandma. Thank you so much for the question.

My grandma was a school teacher in her early days and now passing her retirement with my family. She lost my grandpa a couple of years ago. So, now most of the time she is alone and I accompany her. She loves to tell stories and share her real-life experiences. I love to listen to the events of her youths. And I also share my emotions and daily events with her.

Being an extrovert, she loves to socialise with people. As a result, she is quite familiar in our locality and respected by everyone. Many of her students are now well established and some of them often come to visit her and take necessary advice over various issues. My grandma never rejects any request from them when she is asked to advise. Moreover, I also love to take suggestions from her about multifarious issues related with me. She is a perfect woman I have ever seen. She also loves to smile always and never becomes rude with anyone. Consequently, often it becomes tough for me to be with her when she moves to visit her neighbours.

When she is at home, in the evening, and I return from my college, we sit together to discuss the issues happened with us. She describes what she did and whom she met. Sometimes, we watch television serials or cricket matches too if we have nothing else to do. But most of the time, we are engaged into conversations about many issues. The conversations are interesting. When I ask her something, she replies in a passive tone that she is not aware of the issue. But once she starts talking about the fact, it is actually hard to stop her.

I spend more time with my grandma for some reasons. She is a wise lady and has travelled in different countries for her teaching purposes. So, she is enriched with experiences and knowledge. She also loves to teach even in this mature age. Besides, she is extremely skilled in mathematics and whenever I am in trouble with the math, she comes to my help me. As a direct result, I have the highest score in the class in this subject. But I am in love with this charming old lady for her affection. I am the only daughter of the family and she loves me most. Therefore, I spend much time with this adoring lady.
