Charging system: यहाँ मैने नीचे एक circuit diagram दिया है जिसमें 16V/5W का सोलर पैनल बैटरी को दिन के समय में सूरज की रौशनी से चार्ज करता है. बैटरी को charge करने के लिए DC voltage की जरुरत होती है जिसको regulate करने के लिए regulator का use किया जाता है, जिससे बैटरी को constant voltage मिले. रात के समय में जब बैटरी charge नही होती तब solar panel में बैटरी से reverse current flow हो सकता है जिससे पैनल के खराब होने का ख़तरा बढ़ जाता है इसलिए यहाँ circuit में एक diode भी use किया गया है पैनल की safety के लिए. बैटरी charging के indication के लिए एक LED भी use की गयी है जिससे पता चलता रहता है कि बैटरी charge हो रही है.Honey Processing Business How to Make it in Hindi

REQUIRED MATERIAL:
1). 16V/5W solar panel
2). 12V/1Ah lead acid battery
3). 3.3 volt 30mA white LEDs (15 nos.)
4). Diode IN4001 (01 nos.)
5). Red LED for indication (01 nos.)
6). 1k resistor (01 nos.)
7). 50ohm resistor (01 nos.)
8). 47ohm resistor (05 nos.)
9). 100uF capacitor
10). 7812 regulator IC
CIRCUIT DIAGRAM:
STEPS TO MAKE SOLAR STREET LIGHT:
1). सबसे पहले एक छोटा सा pcb board लेकर उस पर circuit diagram के according सभी components mount करके solder कर लें. Diode और LED के + और – pin का ध्यान जरुर रखें और IC 7812 की भी पहली और तीसरी pin को पहले देख कर ही लगाएं.
2). ON-OFF switch को अच्छे से fit करें और उसको pcb board के output pin और LEDs के board से connect करें.
3). एक दुसरे बड़े pcb board में सभी LEDs और उनके resistors को अच्छे से connect करके solder करें.
4). अब circuit diagram को ध्यान में रखते हुए बैटरी के connection करें.
5). अब सोलर लाइट को use करने से पहले उसको 5-6 घंटे सूरज की रौशनी में रखकर उसको अच्छे से चार्ज कर लेना चाहिए, और चार्ज होने के बाद ही उसको ON करना चाहिए.
